We moved over to a new service provider and in the coming week we will migrate all our accounts to the new service provider!

Start Date: 18/05/2021
End Date: 24/05/2021

Impact:
This will have very little impact on our customers or services. We simply migrate the accounts at night to the new server and the next morning everything is back to normal. In some rare cases we might have to reset your email passwords for you as well as your Customer Portal Login password. No other services will be affected and no emails will be delayed or lost.

Fault reporting:
Should any customers experience any issues we ask that you immediately log a call on our ticket system so we can attend to it immediately!

We will keep you updated on any service status change during this migration period.

All user accounts have been migrated successfully.

There should be no issues.

Clients are requested to login to their admin panel and choose forgot password to reset their passwords. Should anyone have issues to login please contact our support team!
